The Greenville Public Library is renovating the main service area the week of April 16. The Library Board has been planning an addition to the building for several years, but has not been able to put a bond issue on the ballot. This renovation will reduce staff work areas in order to increase public service space within the confines of the current facility.

This project is estimated to cost $110,000. It is being funded by a generous grant of $63,765 from the Champlin Foundations, $35,000 from the Town of Smithfield, and the remainder from Greenville Library savings.
